'ExplorationSunlimited' was birthed from a pure vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in the year 1985, our little pizzeria was initially a humble family-operated shop, bequeathing recipes that transcended generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, acquired the secrets of pizza crafting on her Italian journeys, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the enchantment of real Italian pizza with orthodox methods and top-tier ingredients.
Our beginnings can be traced back to a quaint 12-seat restaurant and through time we've become a cherished local staple. But our dedication to excellence and originality has remained unchanged. We continuously adhere to traditional wood-firing techniques, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and procure the best-quality ingredients obtainable.
Currently, 'ExplorationSunlimited' is still within the family, with the Rossi heirs spearheading our zealous crew. Even though we've incorporated certain contemporary improvements, the core of our enterprise stays intact: creating scrumptious, legitimate pizza that unites people.
